Under the guidelines outlined below, we will make every attempt to give you complete and total satisfaction. Please note: All custom mixed orders are final! - No returns on custom mixed orders.

RETURN POLICY

1. Sales of custom matched colors are final and we do not accept returns on them. We do make every effort to get the custom match acceptably close to what the customer wants.  Also, return of some military colors may not be accepted, at the discretion of Diversified Solutions LLC.
2. Contact us for a return material authorization number. No products will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
3. Charges for shipping return are generally the customer’s expense, however in certain situations, Diversified Solutions LLC will pick up the charges. This is determined at the time of issuance of the RMA.
4. There is a 25% re-stocking fee for returned merchandise, except in situations where the items are to be replaced with similar items of a different flavor.
5. All returns must be initiated within a 90 day period from time of purchase. In some instances, the returned merchandise will be replaced with comparable material.
6. Any damages to merchandise returned as a result of improper shipment packaging by customer, are the responsibility of the customer (shipper) of the products.

DISCLAIMER

Under no circumstances shall the buyer be entitled to any other remedy or damages. Remedies for incidental and consequential damages are specifically excluded. The seller does not authorize any person or organization to assume for it any other liability in connection with the sale or use of this product unless specifically authorized by manufacturer in writing.
